has pledged a start of the updating process for the Xperia smartphones
to the latest Android version at the end of March/early April 2012. The

The update rollout
for the second wave will begin from the end April or the start of May
2012. At that point the other seven Xperia smartphones eligible for an
update will start getting in - Xperia arc, Xperia PLAY, Xperia neo,
Xperia mini and mini pro, Xperia pro, Xperia active. The only non-Xperia
Sony Ericsson to get an ICS update, Live with Walkman will also join this second group.
